 | 1。Create an Account You must have an Encounters website account to get student access to the audio-visual media. Click “Register” in the upper right hand corner of the Encounters website. |
 | 2。Register for Exam/Desk Copy Access During the account creation process, you will have the opportunity to obtain access to the audio-visual media that accompanies your textbook. Select "Yes" and enter the 10-digit code from your textbook in the Online Student Access section of the registration form. If you already have an account, log in and go to the "Edit" tab of your "My Account" page. Scroll down and select "Yes" to "I want Student Access." Enter the 10-digit code in the front of your textbook. |
